Assembly Operator (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You assemble and inspect assemblies according to the work paper and ensure that quality requirements are met

• You take care of cutting to length, stripping, and soft soldering of cables

• You assemble miniature connectors under the microscope

• You carry out final inspection and quality acceptance and package the products

• You are responsible for reporting production orders in the SAP system

• You implement lean methods and actively participate in process improvements and customer acceptances

What do I need to be successful?

• You have good experience in assembly and handling of tiny parts as well as working under the microscope

• You can read technical drawings

• You have a good technical understanding and experience operating semi-automatic systems

• You have good dexterity and sensitivity for tiny parts

• You have good eyesight and a high level of concentration

• You have soldering experience, ideally in soft soldering

• You have very good German language skills

• You have good PC skills and ideally bring SAP knowledge

• You are willing to work 2- to 3-shift work

• You are available at short notice
