Public Prosecutor's Office / Juvenile Prosecutor's Office
The Public Prosecutor's Office is an independent investigative, sanctioning, and prosecuting authority for the canton of Thurgau in criminal and ancillary criminal law. The Thurgau Public Prosecutor's Office is divided into the departments of the General Public Prosecutor's Office, the Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes and Organized Crime, the regional public prosecutor's offices in Bischofszell, Frauenfeld, and Kreuzlingen, and the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, which is the only department also responsible for enforcement.
The Juvenile Prosecutor's Office is responsible for the prosecution of children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 years with legal residence in the canton of Thurgau as well as for criminal and measure enforcement. It is based in Frauenfeld.

During your one-year internship, we offer you the opportunity to get to know the comprehensive field of activity of a juvenile prosecutor. In the interdisciplinary team of juvenile prosecutors, social workers, you will work in criminal proceedings, including court proceedings, as well as in criminal and measure enforcement.
At the time of starting the position, you have completed a master's degree in law and now want to gain an in-depth insight into the work of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office and acquire sound knowledge in this area. If your personal strengths also include absolute integrity, discretion, social skills, and the ability to work in a team, then you are exactly the person we are looking for!
