Our ICT‑department forms the digital backbone of the Suva Clinics at the Bellikon location. It provides the necessary infrastructure such as network, data centers and applications, ensures their secure operation and supports employees with all questions.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Central contact person for IT problems in the form of 1st‑ and 2nd‑level support for clinical and administrative users
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• User, group and permission management (Active Directory)
• Administration of the hardware and software infrastructure of the workplace environment, e.g.
  • Installation, maintenance and support of the client environment (Intune)
  • Management and maintenance of user accounts, access rights and IT licenses (e.g. Microsoft 365)
• Setting up and managing telephony solutions as part of workplace support
• Support during rollouts, participation in ICT subprojects
• Weekly on-call duty outside core hours (approx. 5-7 per year)

Profile

We are looking for a young personality with development potential who is ready to grow with us, take responsibility and contribute their own ideas.

• You have a great enthusiasm for computers, technology and problem solving?
• You have a basic education as an ICT specialist EFZ – or have already gained several years of skills in ICT support?
• You are open to learning new things and approach tasks with curiosity?
• You work independently, are communicative and love to apply your technical knowledge in daily support?
• You are familiar with Windows, Office 365, Azure AD & Intune, have a good sense for networks and navigate easily in ticket systems?
• You are confident in German and English is no problem for you?
• A reliable and responsible way of working is in your blood and you are a team player?
