For one of our residential groups, we are looking by arrangement
a social pedagogue 70-90%
You will accompany and support seven children and adolescents with cognitive impairments aged between 5 and 16 years. You will be supported by a diverse team consisting of professionals in social pedagogy, curative education, and therapy, working closely in an interdisciplinary manner.
In addition to a positive basic attitude, ability to reflect, resilience, flexibility, and humour, you must have a diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) in social work / social pedagogy or a related field. Accordingly, you are capable of professionally shaping a high-quality, theory-led, and goal-oriented daily routine for children and adolescents.
