Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Systematic analysis of fault causes and development of sustainable optimisation measures for continuous improvement of plant availability

• Execution and coordination of maintenance and servicing work on production plants as well as ensuring timely implementation

• Planning, preparation and implementation of trials for process optimisation in close cooperation with production managers

• Active promotion and expansion of technical know-how among operators and supporting departments through targeted training and knowledge transfer

• Documentation of measures taken and preparation of meaningful reports for management

• Participation in the further development of maintenance strategies and processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or automation technician

• Extensive professional experience in maintenance over several years

• Familiarity with methods such as Lean Management and Total Productive Maintenance

• Strong analytical thinking

• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented action
