In the canton of Zurich, the Office for Labor operates 16 Regional Employment Centers (RAV). In our RAVs, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and professional groups. In addition, we support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the pulse of the labor market, your commitment and professional knowledge are in demand.
In various RAVs of the canton of Zurich, we are looking for committed and competent support immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve:
- telephone and personal customer contact as well as competent information on unemployment
- conducting telephone and personal registration interviews, digital sending of forms as well as creating and processing dossiers
- reception of customers and job seekers
- participation in the design and optimization of work processes
- general administrative tasks including correspondence
- situational support in organizing events, guest care, and responsibility for a professional reception area
What you bring with you:
- Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent training
- preferably at least two to three years of professional experience
- service-oriented, communicative, and resilient personality
- enjoyment in dealing with people
- confident and routine handling of MS Office
- well-organized, structured, and reliable way of working
- confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as English and other languages are an advantage
