To complete the staff of the Urban Planning and Environment Department, the Municipality of the City of Pully is offering a position of

Landscape Architect Project Manager at 60%-80%

Mission:

Design and manage construction and rehabilitation projects of communal public spaces and ensure their implementation.

Main activities:

• Design of communal landscape architecture projects (drawing, costing, presentation);
• Monitoring and coordination of contractors;
• Preparation and supervision of project execution;
• Participation in the administrative activities of the service;
• Collaboration in the design of public spaces and urban developments in close relation with infrastructure projects (civil engineering, industrial services, mobility, etc.).

Desired profile:

• Higher education in landscape architecture (HES diploma in landscape architecture or equivalent training considered);
• 5 years of professional experience desired (2 years of site management experience essential);
• Sensitivity to the territorial dimension of landscaping and environment is essential;
• Autonomy and versatility;
• Proficiency in office and drawing software;
• Mastery of writing in French is essential;
• Knowledge of Messerli and/or QGis software: an advantage;
• Strong interest in public service, experience in a municipal administration: a plus;
• Knowledge of agglomeration projects (public spaces): a plus.
