The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its five schools and homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Childhood - Adolescence Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment (Business and Training Centre).

For its Gradelle home, the Adult Centre is looking for:

A Certified Nursing Assistant Night Watcher

Job Description:

• Support residents in the home during the night
• Ensure the physical well-being, personal hygiene and comfort of the beneficiaries
• Administer prescribed medications
• Be involved in the daily life of the apartment
• Ensure the safety of the premises
• Contribute to optimal information flow and quality of links between the various professions of the multidisciplinary teams during handovers
• Carry out annual planning in collaboration with the team

Qualifications:

• Certified nursing assistant training
• Experience in the multiple disabilities sector
• Certified ability to work at night
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Dynamism and proactivity
• Swiss nationality or valid permit
