About the job
The Position
In this role, you will join the Coil Treatment Department, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the equipment dedicated to coil treatment, ensuring compliance with process parameters, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with the production team, contributing to achieving objectives and continuous improvement of activities.
What You Can Achieve
Operate and monitor the equipment for coil treatment, managing the various stages of the production process
Perform loading and unloading operations and correctly set machine parameters according to work instructions
Carry out quality checks on semi-finished and finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformities
Monitor the correct progress of the process and intervene according to established procedures in case of anomalies
Accurately complete production reports and records, ensuring proper traceability of activities
Perform machine cleaning activities and keep the work area clean and organised
Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and contribute to achieving production goals
Operate in full compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
What You Bring With You
High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience, even minimal, in production environments or similar activities; knowledge of material treatment processes is an advantage
Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail in performing tasks
Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and effectively
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
Good awareness of safety regulations and a responsible approach to work
