Your tasks

• Responsible for timely payroll processing in Abacus
• Recording monthly payroll changes
• Handling all tasks related to accident and sickness absences, social insurances as well as offices and authorities
• Year-end tasks from A to Z, including reconciliation of payroll accounts with accounting
• Implementation of various company-specific requirements
• Master data maintenance
• Collaboration in time management
• Participation in payroll-relevant projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in payroll
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• High social competence and discreet personality with an affinity for numbers
• Precise, structured and independent working style
• Flexible, resilient and a team player
