Your tasks

• You receive wood raw materials, check their quality and coordinate a smooth goods receipt together with the drivers
• You monitor the entire pellet production process in shift work, detect process deviations early and initiate the appropriate measures
• You operate and continuously optimise production plants so that raw material drying, energy supply and pellet production work together optimally
• You carry out quality controls according to the applicable standards and carefully document the results as well as the measures taken
• With inspection, maintenance and cleaning work as well as support in maintenance, you contribute to high plant availability
• You also support your team in inventory management and on-call duty, ensuring reliable production operations

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training EFZ as plant operator, mechanic, logistician or in a comparable profession
• You already have experience in an industrial production company as well as in operating plants
• You take on shift work and assignments according to the on-call plan and convince with your reliability and sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork and, thanks to your careful working method and good German skills, you succeed in collaborating with drivers and colleagues
• Ideally, you have experience in quality control and technical maintenance as well as knowledge in handling forklifts and wheel loaders or the motivation to acquire these
