About the job
Would you like to support people in developing new professional perspectives and successfully re-entering the labour market? Then you are in the right place with us in the Adult Practical Placement department. For the programme Individual Placement Positions KV, IT & Retail, we are looking for a committed individual as a Labour Market Integration Coach, either immediately or by arrangement, on a fixed-term basis for nine months. Look forward to a varied and meaningful role with scope for creativity in a motivated team.Your Tasks
- Acquisition of placement positions for job seekers in the primary labour market
- Support and coaching of job seekers and employers
- Case management including the preparation of reports and agreements
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies (especially RAV)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Psychology, preferably with further training in coaching
- Willingness and enthusiasm for active acquisition of placement positions
- Professional experience as a coach, ideally with job seekers
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
- Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration within a professional team
