Your Tasks and Perspectives
- General administrative tasks and collaboration in the front office
- Planning, organisation and coordination of consultations, examinations and operations
- First point of contact for referrers, patients, relatives and other departments
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various internal and external professional groups and institutions
- Venous blood sampling (expertise advantageous)
What You Bring to This Position
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Medical Secretary with experience in hospital or practice operations
- Resilient personality with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Networked thinking as well as high flexibility and very good organisational skills
- Precise, efficient and independent working style as well as an open and courteous manner with the ability to communicate in a customer-oriented way both verbally and in writing
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of KISIM and SAP advantageous
