Procurement Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Maintenance and optimization of purchasing and accounts payable master data in the ERP system
• Planning, processing of purchase proposals and procurement of components taking into account the replenishment time (WBZ)
• Monitoring of open orders as well as clarification of price, quantity and delivery date deviations
• Ensuring demand-oriented and economical material availability including inventory management (NWC)
• Central interface to suppliers and internal coordination with sales, assembly, development and logistics
• Implementation of cost optimizations and obtaining quotes in close cooperation with strategic procurement
• Creation and monitoring of quantity contracts, price developments and terms

Your profile

• Technical basic training or sound technical understanding
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing and supplier management
• Further training in purchasing (e.g. federal diploma purchaser or similar)
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Analytical, cost-conscious, structured and strong communication skills
