Certified Nursing Specialist FH/HF with Additional Task as Wound Expert (Workload negotiable 40% - 100%)
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring professional care and support of clients at home in the areas of somatics, wound care, palliative care, and dementia
- Ensuring professional wound care in Spitex
- Taking over case management for wound clients
- Collaboration with external specialist agencies, hospitals, doctors, and complementary services
- Support and advice for employees of all skill levels as well as knowledge transfer and promotion of the entire team
We expect from you:
- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Further training as a Wound Expert SAfW or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience as a Wound Expert is an advantage
- Competent, independent personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills
- Driver's license category B
- Knowledge of the Spitex environment is an advantage
