Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly of mechanical assemblies, system units and individual components according to specifications

• Independent execution of assembly orders based on technical drawings, parts lists and digital work instructions

• Carrying out control, adjustment and function tests on assembled components

• Documentation of measured values and test results in corresponding protocols and test plans

• Active support of other production teams in achieving common manufacturing goals

• Participation in internal 5S and Lean initiatives for continuous process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic or comparable technical qualification

• Experience in assembling mechanical assemblies and components

• Ability to work independently according to technical drawings and parts lists

• Precise and careful working method with a strong quality awareness

• Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues

• Interest in continuous improvement and Lean methods

• Good German skills in spoken and written form
