Your tasksWarm welcome and farewell of guests
Shuttle service: Transfer of guests to and from the train station
Accompanying guests to the reception and assisting with check-in and check-out
Luggage service: Transport to the rooms and secure storage of luggage
Parking and valet service for guests' vehicles
Care of the lobby and entrance area - contact person for guest requests
Running small errands and messenger services (e.g., collecting mail)
Support in rearranging and preparing conference and event rooms
Close cooperation with reception and other departments for smooth operations
Outdoor work such as snow removal, garden maintenance, and cleaning of outdoor areas
Your profile
Experience in a comparable position or in upscale guest service is an advantage
Friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor
Physical resilience and flexibility
Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
High service orientation and enjoyment in guest contact
Category B driving license and safe driving behavior
Neat appearance and strong teamwork skills
