About the job
Case Manager, Vocational Education Case Manager (80% - 100%)
Your role is demanding and varied.
As a Case Manager, you support adolescents and young adults with a health impairment on their path into the workforce. Adults undergoing retraining are also among your clients. You closely monitor the course of training and know how to involve the key partners important to the integration process (e.g. training supervisors, therapists, doctors, insurance companies). You develop sustainable solutions to achieve the integration goal. After training, you are passionately committed to ensuring your clients find employment.
You are responsible for the entire case management from the career choice decision to integration. This includes administrative tasks such as minute-taking, correspondence, etc., and last but not least, you contribute your ideas, as there is much to shape in this newly created role.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this demanding role, you bring a lot with you: You have completed training at the level of a higher technical college or university of applied sciences in the fields of health, social work, psychology, or business, and have several years of professional experience in a comparable role supporting adolescents and young adults. Knowledge of social insurance and experience working with people with mental illnesses are advantageous.
You know how to respond to clients, advise them competently, and do not lose sight of the goal even in challenging situations. You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, open to change, and handle differing interests constructively. You gladly take on responsibility, think holistically, and work independently. At the same time, you are a team player with high empathetic skills. A dynamic working environment with plenty of scope for creativity suits you perfectly, and you see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development.
We not only demand but also offer a lot.
