Apprenticeship as Merchant EFZ (Start from Summer 2026)

The apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ (transport sector) lasts three years.
In our administration and management, you will learn the workflows and activities of merchants in various departments until you can finally participate in the operational area.

Important for this profession is that you enjoy working on the computer, have a good grasp, and feel comfortable in an office environment. Ideal prerequisites are also good grades from secondary school and enjoyment of mathematics and languages.

• At the beginning, you will mainly learn tasks in the back office, such as processing expense reports, sending mail, or additional tasks like invoice checks, etc.
• The next step is to work out the basics for billing transport services and, after introduction, to take on independent activities in this work area
• Later, we offer you the opportunity to be active in the operational daily business, to receive and process orders, make clarifications, and assist with related tasks
• In between, we also offer you the opportunity to experience practice by traveling with a truck and gaining a closer insight into the tasks of the drivers as well as the handling of the service on site
• An experience week in a branch is also part of our standard training
