Building Administration (80%):
- Processing of building applications including the issuance of building law decisions
- First point of contact and advisory office for builders and project authors
- Management of the building secretariat
Residents' Control (20%):
- Processing of registration and register-relevant procedures
- First point of contact and advisory office for residents on registration and residence matters
- Management of the residents' register

- You have completed vocational training
- You are used to working reliably and independently
- You are a team player and pleasant to deal with
- You have communication skills and are an organizational talent
- You approach new IT environments openly and learn quickly
