Sativa has been committed to the breeding, production, and marketing of organic seeds for vegetables and grains since 1998. We trade across Europe with over 700 varieties of organic seeds for private individuals, agriculture, and resellers. For 2026, we are offering an apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ. Apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ (Field of Trade) (m/f/d) 100%
During your training, you will go through various departments where you can acquire, deepen, and apply knowledge. In addition to your training in the company, you will attend the vocational school in Schaffhausen or Winterthur to expand your theoretical knowledge and subsequently apply it in your daily work. During the training, you will work in the following departments.
  • Administration and Accounting
  • Sales
  • Purchasing
    Depending on suitability, learning progress, and strengths, other departments may also be considered (Logistics, Marketing). What should you bring?
  • Good academic performance, Secondary Level A or very good Secondary Level B
  • You are interested in office activities, enjoy working on the computer, and have good German language skills
  • Sociable with impeccable manners and motivated to familiarize yourself with new
areas of responsibility - Interest in seeds and (organic) agriculture You can expect a sustainable company in growth, a collegial atmosphere, and modern infrastructure in our new building in Rheinau.
