As part of our motivated operations crew in the Managed Cloud Services area, you are responsible for supporting our customers' requests. Together, we ensure that our customers are successful with our cloud solutions and that their IT runs smoothly.

Job Description
Do you have a passion for cloud technologies and enjoy helping customers with technical challenges?

- 2nd level support of customer environments
- Shaping the digital future of our customers daily #weshapethefuture
- Co-responsibility for the configuration and operation of cloud workplace environments with Windows 11, Copilot, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune
- Analyzing, resolving, and documenting user issues
- Creating documentation, instructions, and checklists as well as maintaining the knowledge database
- Processing and monitoring changes, incidents, and problems with external partners
- Conducting internal and external training sessions
We expect from you:
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist and ideally higher education (HF/FH) or the intention to pursue it
- Experience in support and ideally knowledge in the Microsoft environment
- Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune
- Confident handling of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Independent working style, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
- Open personality with joy in customer contact
- Fluent German as well as good English skills, French and/or Italian are a great advantage
- A 100% workload, main workplace in Bern, Zurich, or Basel, and willingness to travel within Switzerland
