Your Tasks
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems according to DIN ISO standards
- Conducting internal and external quality assurance measures
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of G-BA structural requirements
- Organizing and leading audits as well as coordinating with certification bodies
- Continuous improvement of quality management processes
- Training and advising staff on quality management methods and guidelines
- Preparing quality reports and management reviews
- Collaborating with various departments to promote a quality culture
Your Profile
- Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of quality management
- Professional experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of DIN ISO standards and G-BA structural requirements
- Experience in conducting audits and dealing with certification bodies
- Strong analytical skills and systematic working style
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
