- Manage site CAPEX projects from design to commissioning
- Develop and roll out technical standards across the site
- Lead and coach a team of project managers and technical experts
- Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Oversee automation and operational technology activities
Profile
- Engineering degree with project management certification
- 10+ years' experience in industrial engineering projects
- Proven track record in CAPEX investments and site projects
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Fluent in English and French, with strong leadership skills
