Job Description
Your Area of Responsibility
Finance
- Responsibility for financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, asset accounting as well as general ledger
- Dunning / debt collection
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
- VAT returns, including sales reconciliation
- Budgeting, liquidity planning and control, financial controlling
- Preparation and support of the audit office's work
- Financial controlling, preparation of evaluations and analyses for the managing director
Personnel Administration
- Payroll accounting including social security, withholding tax and annual reports
- Personnel administration
Leadership
- Technical and personnel management of a small team in the area of finance and HR administration
- Coordination of work processes and promotion of team members
- Ensuring smooth information flow within the team and towards management
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in finance (e.g. specialist certificate in finance and accounting)
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Discretion, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Independent, precise and proactive working style
- Organizational talent
- Friendly, communicative and service-oriented personality
- Willingness to perform and flexibility
- Very good IT skills in MS Office and ERP; A3 desirable
- Good language skills in German and French
