The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement homes as well as through Spitex.For our long-term care at the Rosental Retirement Home, which provides a well-maintained home for 107 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Operational management and independent organisation of the residential group
- Ensuring professional care and support for the residents
- Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team
- Interdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, care expert, customer advice, and hospitality
- Responsibility for the RAI classification
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile
- Qualification as a registered nurse HF/FH with management training or willingness to undertake it
- Several years of professional experience, leadership experience advantageous
- Willingness to participate in direct care and support
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI and PEP knowledge advantageous) and confident German language skills
- High social competence and communication skills with strong reliability
- Great independence, openness to change processes
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills
