About the job

• Professional and timely processing of the monthly payroll for all employees in your area of responsibility
• Changes to payroll-relevant personnel data as well as ensuring the administrative onboarding, transfer and offboarding processes
• Checking, calculating, recording and controlling payroll-relevant events such as withholding tax, family allowances, etc.
• Handling accident, illness, disability insurance and EO cases as well as daily allowance benefits in SAP and UKA
• Advising employees and managers on personnel insurance and payroll matters
• Conducting clarifications with authorities, e.g. in connection with permits, dual citizenship cases and social insurances
• Participating in our upcoming digitalisation projects and expanding our payroll services

• Swiss Federal Commercial Certificate, degree or specialised further training
• Professional experience in payroll administration
• Experience with SAP HCM, audit tool and UKA is desirable
• Good communication skills in German are required, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Precise and reliable working style as well as high quality awareness and service orientation
