In our St. Josef nursing home, we care for 78 elderly Ingenbohl sisters and in the future also other residents in five departments. Our offer includes, in addition to the nursing home, a health center with internal Spitex and a department for assisted living.

This training is varied and gives you insights into the most diverse care areas. During your apprenticeship, you will be able to fill a large backpack of experience. In addition, your valuable work significantly contributes to the well-being of our nuns.
Your area of responsibility:
• Accompanying, caring for, and supporting elderly nuns in their daily lives
• Medical tasks such as preparing medication, changing dressings, etc.
• Administrative and logistical services
We expect from you:
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Empathy, appreciative attitude, and joy in communication
• Careful working method and good observation skills
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Physical and mental resilience
• School leaving certificate with good grades
