Head of Finance, IT and Facility Management (CFO), Member of the Executive Board (m/f) 100 %
Your passion
In your role, you are responsible for the financial management of the foundation – from budget planning to controlling to annual financial statements and resource management. You ensure transparency, efficiency, and a solid foundation for our non-profit work. At the same time, you further develop our IT strategy, ensure data protection and data security, and consistently drive the digitization of our internal processes.
Our properties are also your responsibility. You take care of value preservation, develop sustainable strategies for use and operation, and ensure efficient facility management – both for owned and rented properties.
You lead dedicated teams in the respective areas, further develop processes, and work closely with the executive board and the foundation council. You think and act entrepreneurially and engage on equal footing with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
You have a business background (FH/University level), several years of leadership experience, and solid know-how in your area of responsibility. You think in a networked way, work solution-oriented, and navigate confidently in the tension between strategic planning and operational implementation. Experience in the foundation or non-profit sector is a plus, but not a must. You bring project management experience and possess pronounced strategic and conceptual skills.
As a leader, you convince with your leadership competence and enjoy co-designing. Change management is not a foreign word for you, but part of your daily work.
Your self-competence is reflected in your high initiative, resilience, and your ability to think analytically and networked. You work goal- and solution-oriented, approach things pragmatically and with foresight, and act responsibly in the interest of the organization.
