About the job
As the Laundry Team Leader and in your deputy role as Head of Hospitality and Housekeeping, you take on the professional and personnel management of the internal laundry and, together with your team, ensure smooth operations in the areas of laundry supply and cleaning. With your organisational talent, quality awareness, and appreciative leadership, you motivate your employees, promote their development, and ensure a high level of service quality. At the same time, you are involved in the training of our apprentices, contribute your ideas to the further development of processes, and actively help to shape housekeeping and the entire institution with a future-oriented approach.
