Department:DSDCEntity:Neuchâtel Entity IT Service (SIEN)Activities:On a daily basis, you install, configure, and commission workstations, peripherals, and software tools used throughout the canton. In direct contact with users, you provide first and second level support with professionalism and a service mindset. You assist them, understand their needs, and help them find concrete solutions.You also participate in the maintenance of IT equipment, updates, and testing, thus contributing to ensuring the reliability and quality of IT services.
Curious and committed, you write short documentation, guides, or support materials to share your knowledge and facilitate the team's work.
Finally, you take part in motivating IT projects that allow you to discover best practices in organization, collaboration, and security.
Desired profile:You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling and show a genuine interest in IT and new technologies.Comfortable in social interactions, you appreciate teamwork but also customer service.
Curious and motivated, you are determined to invest yourself to progress daily.
