Your task is demanding and varied.

You and your approximately 30 team colleagues look after our non-employed customers who settle their social insurance contributions with our compensation office. This includes, for example, students, early retirees, or job seekers. You are responsible for the entire customer process from A to Z. You check and process registrations, prepare contribution invoices, and advise our customers on insurance and contribution obligations.
Despite all your professional expertise, you act and communicate empathetically because you know that your work makes a big difference.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this responsible role, you bring a commercial education Profile E. Alternatively, you have completed another three-year apprenticeship supplemented by a qualified commercial further education. You can particularly impress us with a specialist certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in the insurance sector will make your entry easier. By the way: we also welcome applications from career changers.
