Who are we?
The Fribourg Detention Centre brings together the penitentiary structures of the canton of Fribourg. It has the status of a public law entity and possesses legal personality. It is administratively attached to the Directorate of Security, Justice and Sport, under the high supervision of the State Council. The Centre ensures the custody, accommodation, care and treatment of detainees entrusted to it and contributes to achieving the objectives assigned to the execution of custodial sentences and measures.

Your tasks
- Various administrative tasks related to the management of a detention centre
- Support at reception, managing telephone calls and email inbox
- File compilation: verification of information, requests for information/documents from competent authorities
- Contacts and exchanges with various authorities, lawyers, families of detainees
- Drafting letters/emails
- Coordination of travel/transfers with the transport group
- Various administrative tasks
- Carry out specific projects independently according to needs
Desired profile
- Gymnasium or professional maturity or diploma from a business school
- Good writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and stress resistance
- Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work independently
- Organisational skills and adaptability
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
- Clean debt enforcement and criminal record extracts
- Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
