Field Service Technician

To complement our service team in the Printing Solutions area we are looking for the Central Switzerland region immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated

Field Service Technician (m/f/d) 100%

• Configuration, maintenance and repair of printers and MFP multifunction devices
• On-site service at the customer
• Integration of the MFP into the customer's IT environment
• Mostly independent planning and coordination of service deployments
• Cross-regional deployments in the absence of other service technicians

• Several years of experience in electromechanical, technical activities within a service department
• Completed training in ICT, electrical engineering or electromechanics, preferably with HP certification
• Sound knowledge of printers and multifunction devices
• Independent, efficient, customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Well-groomed appearance, pleasant manners and good communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Valid driving license category B
• Flexible, communicative and resilient
