Responsibilities
In your role, you bring joy and enthusiasm in dealing with our clients, which is of great importance to us. Your commitment and authentic presence contribute significantly to a positive customer experience. You will deal with the following areas primarily in German:
You feel at home in labor law and are well-versed in insolvency law
You draft and review contracts in various legal fields, particularly in labor law and restructuring law
You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations
You make legal clarifications and assist in preparing expert opinions
You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations
Qualifications
You hold a Swiss or a foreign lawyer's license recognized in Switzerland
You have already gained experience in the mentioned legal fields
You have obtained a Master's degree in law with a good grade
You have a flair for entrepreneurship and an interest in economic and particularly labor law issues
You bring a lot of independence, initiative, and teamwork skills
You seek and appreciate collaboration with female and male lawyers in a business law firm
