Technical Product Manager Sensors for Railway Applications (a)

• Actively managing the product portfolio of the Railway Business Unit in the role of product specialist from product introduction to phase-out
• Responsible for the positioning and further development of the speed sensor portfolio
• Creation and initiation of business cases, as well as commissioning product developments
• Leading customer-specific projects and qualifications of sensors with sub-system suppliers
• Procurement and evaluation of market and competitive information
• Technical support and training for customers and sales staff

• Completed technical degree (Bachelor / Master of Science), possibly supplemented with business management training
• Several years of professional experience in the technical field
• Expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, software, and functional safety, experience in product development and innovation processes
• Strong flair for commercial topics such as calculations and business cases
• Fluent communication in German and English
