- Actively managing the product portfolio of the Railway Business Unit in the role of product specialist from product introduction to phase-out
- Responsible for the positioning and further development of the speed sensor portfolio
- Creation and initiation of business cases, as well as commissioning product developments
- Leading customer-specific projects and qualifications of sensors with sub-system suppliers
- Procurement and evaluation of market and competitive information
- Technical support and training for customers and sales staff
What it takes
- Completed technical degree (Bachelor / Master of Science), possibly supplemented with business management training
- Several years of professional experience in the technical field
- Expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, software, and functional safety, experience in product development and innovation processes
- Strong flair for commercial topics such as calculations and business cases
- Fluent communication in German and English
