About the job
You work 100% – primarily in Zug, with the possibility to work partially remotely
This position offers you
- The focus is on ensuring and further developing SAP process quality – you identify weaknesses and actively drive the continuous improvement process
- You actively contribute to projects, take responsibility for subprojects and help shape topics such as Master Data Management
- You work in an agile team (according to SAFe) and coordinate incidents as well as change requests, ensuring efficient solutions
- As the central contact person in second level support, you assist SAP Key Users in daily business and ensure smooth operations
- Your interface function between departments, IT partners and the SCM organisation enables you to specifically manage knowledge transfer
- You design trainings and workshops practically: You empower Key Users and end users through workshops, documentation and continuous knowledge transfer
- By defining test cases and coordinating and accompanying User Acceptance Tests, you ensure successful implementations
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed vocational training (EFZ) as well as further training in the field of Supply Chain or Business Informatics
- Solid SAP knowledge in S/4HANA (SD, MM, PP, (E)WM) is an advantage – experience with warehouse management systems is required
- A good understanding of processes in warehousing, shipping and transport enables you to analyse workflows holistically – we expect interconnected thinking
- You have already gained initial project experience – either as a subproject manager or as a project team member
- You work independently and your structured, analytical way of working helps you to prepare complex topics understandably
- Your communication skills and service-oriented mindset convince in exchanges with different stakeholders
- You bring experience in gathering and structuring business requirements as well as a process-oriented way of thinking
- Very good German skills are mandatory for this role – good English skills are an advantage

As SAP Master Key User, you play a central role at the interface between departments, IT and end users. You identify optimisation potentials along our processes, lead subprojects and drive the continuous improvement process with targeted initiatives.
You confidently coordinate changes and projects, thus ensuring the sustainable development of our system and process landscape. With your understanding of end-to-end processes as well as your competence in support and training, you enable Key Users and end users to use SAP efficiently and securely. Together with the departments, you thus contribute to the stability, standardisation and continuous improvement of our processes.
