French-English Securities Reconciliations Specialist

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative and managerial staff, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a French-English Securities Reconciliations Specialist for a minimum 6-month assignment within a private bank in the area.

Mission:

• Securities and funds reconciliations in collaboration with custodians
• Manual data entry, notably for Hedge Funds
• Checking discrepancies and investigations, follow-up/management of suspense items

Profile

• Ideally banking CFC, fluent in French and English
• 2 years of successful experience in BACK OFFICE SECURITIES/RECONCILIATIONS in a Swiss bank
• Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange and Globus ideally
• Precise, organised, flexible, adaptable and a good team spirit
• Valid work permit in Switzerland and available quickly for a minimum of 6 months
