Profi Contact SARL is a call center located in Biel. In collaboration with the parent company in Wohlen, we offer a full range of services for all tasks related to contact and handling of prospects, customers, or business partners.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and communicative person as
Call Center Agent Telemarketing 40 - 60% (m/f/d) FR
Conditions:
• Completed apprenticeship
• Native French speaker or C1 level
• Bilingual French/Swiss German is an advantage
• Experience in a call center required
• Very good communication skills and appreciation of customer contact by phone
• Experience and strong sales skills required
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Independent, efficient, quality-oriented, and precise working method
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, good understanding
• Good computer skills
Tasks:
• Sale of various products / subscriptions
• Administrative activities
