Your Tasks
- Support of QM management and FvP in their responsibility for the timely market release of contract manufacturing and in-house products
- Consulting and support in the qualification of systems, equipment, production rooms, process validations and the creation of GMP documentation (plans, protocols, reports), review and approval of qualification and validation documents
- Creation, revision and further development of the quality manual including maintenance of the electronic document management system
- Planning and conducting GMP employee training (including cleaning service and technical service)
- Monitoring and supporting the individual departments in quality-relevant deviations, change control and CAPAs
- Preparation and execution of self-inspections, accompaniment of authority and customer inspections
- It is possible to combine the position with a 30% employment in the field of study coordination
- Participation in on-call duty
Your Profile
You have a completed pharmacy degree.
Ideally, you have initial experience from comparable activities in the pharmaceutical industry or hospital pharmacy and are already familiar with PIC/GMP guidelines. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage. You convince with high social competence, teamwork skills, an independent and reliable way of working, enthusiasm as well as networked thinking. You are also flexible, set clear priorities and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) as well as good communication with colleagues, doctors and nursing staff complete your profile.
