For the emergency department at the Langnau location, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Emergency Department (a) 80–100% starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your tasks: Together with the department head, you take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of our emergency department in Langnau and are jointly responsible for the quality and development of care. You participate in the management of the department and implement defined operational standards as well as care processes according to specifications. You are jointly responsible for the development and promotion of care and actively contribute to ensuring that employees are led in a goal-oriented manner both professionally and personally and that personnel development is ensured. Achieving the department's goals and daily leadership are central parts of your task. Your profile: You are a certified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with additional training as NDS Emergency Care and have several years of professional experience in acute care as well as management training or the willingness to complete such training. Ideally, you bring leadership experience in a comparable function. You are a committed, initiative-taking, and open personality with pronounced professional and social competence, who succeeds in inspiring, motivating, and strengthening employees. You treat people with respect and appreciation, and the well-being of patients is at the center of your work. You practice your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, think and act networked as well as service-oriented. You approach conflicts solution-oriented and promote the personal responsibility of your employees.
