Polymechanic – Maintenance
Tasks
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of production equipment and operating resources
- Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Participation in preventive maintenance programs
- Support in optimizations, conversions, and modernizations
- Ensuring equipment availability for production
- Documentation of work in the ERP system
Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training
- Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
- Knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
- Experience with assembly, repair, and adjustment work on production equipment
- Handling of conventional machine tools (turning/milling) and measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (e.g., sensors, simple troubleshooting)
- Ideally, connection approval according to Art. 15 NIV
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, experience with maintenance software is an advantage
