To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Muttenz/BL, we are looking for a Spare Parts Manager (all genders) for components of chemical plants. Main tasks
  • Independent support of our long-standing customers in the assigned area
  • Technical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries
  • Preparing offers for complex apparatus, heat exchangers, and spare parts for
Chemical plants
  • Processing spare parts orders in the ERP system
  • Preparing calculations using market-appropriate spare parts pricing
  • Independent conduct of sales negotiations
  • Preparing order confirmations and finalizing letters of credit
  • Complete order processing from order to on-time delivery
Your profile
  • You have technical as well as business-related education and training corresponding to the position
  • Professional experience in a similar function in international sales with a technical
orientation
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • You are practiced and skilled in using ERP systems and MS Office programs
  • You are a team player, resilient, committed, and pragmatic
  • You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working in a team
  • Willingness to relocate near Basel/Muttenz
  • Ideally Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen
