Job Description
- Active support in sales processing from order to delivery
- Monitoring the delivery status of customer orders, creating customer files as well as invoicing and handling backlogs
- Processing customer orders including credit notes, direct debits, and returns
- Support in organizing transports and returns
- Maintaining contact with sales consultants, customers, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Completed or ongoing education (commercial apprenticeship, high school, business school) or ongoing or completed studies
- Interest in logistical processes and commercial procedures
- Very good PC skills (Word & Excel)
- Enjoyment in communication, German (French advantage) on the phone
- High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and interest in customer contact
- Reliable, structured, and careful working style
- Basic knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is an advantage but not a requirement
