Your activities
- assist the member of the management responsible for private and commercial clients in their organisational and administrative tasks
- coordinate and organise appointments, meetings, workshops and events
- create and format presentations, reports, documents for management, as well as minutes of meetings and workshops of all kinds
- manage the intranet intended for private and commercial clients, and undertake various coordination and project management tasks
- develop and improve various reports, documentation and statistics
- manage and process the complaints procedure
- monitor mandates and suspense accounts
You have
- a basic commercial education as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in an assistant position
- excellent knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written (negotiation level)
- strong organisational skills, a structured working method, a marked initiative spirit as well as the ability to think prospectively and anticipate
- discretion, reliability, flexibility in terms of hours and locations, and a strong sense of responsibility
- excellent communication skills, a team spirit and a customer-oriented approach
- good knowledge in the field of AI and an interest in its use in everyday professional life
