Senseera Gesundheit AG will be a comprehensive provider in the field of long-term care and outpatient care in the Sense district from 01.01.2026. It unites eight nursing homes, a day care center, and an outpatient nursing service. As a reliable partner in healthcare, over 800 employees care for more than 400 residents daily and perform around 370 assignments for the clients of Spitex. For our evening team in the Spitex area, we are looking at the Tafers location immediately or by arrangement for: Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH 40%-60% with additional assumption of tasks in daily responsibility/assignment planning. What to expect: In the role of nursing specialist, you take over the role of daily responsible person from 1:00 p.m. Between 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., you support the team with nursing assignments in our entire deployment area. In addition, you cover a night on-call duty between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in rotation with your team colleagues. You are responsible for professional, client-related, continuous, and coordinated care and support. You also assist in planning and managing the entire care process. What you bring: You have training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and a professional work attitude. You are professionally competent, resilient, and flexible and enjoy working independently. Your open and communicative personality contributes significantly to good teamwork as well as interdisciplinary exchange with our partners in healthcare. For daily responsibility, enjoyment of working on the PC is a prerequisite, and working with a tablet is part of your daily routine. You have your own car available for assignments with our clients.
