branch manager / mandate manager fiduciary, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the personnel, professional and organisational management of a smaller branch and will purposefully expand the team over the next few years
• you are the first point of contact for your clients for all fiduciary and tax law matters
• in doing so, you advise companies, manage mandates and payroll accounting, and prepare VAT returns
• you also handle tax returns for legal entities as well as natural persons
• acquiring new clients is also part of your demanding responsibilities
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have further training as a fiduciary expert or fiduciary with a professional certificate (m/f/d)
• furthermore, you bring several years of experience in advising and supporting SMEs
• do you like to work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially, and is your leadership style empathetic?
