Responsibility for the recruitment process for specialists and apprentices from A to Z of the parent company (Moser-Baer AG in 3454 Sumiswald) and the subsidiary (Leitner AG in 3292 Busswil BE)
Publishing job advertisements
Conducting interviews
Advising and supporting supervisors
Ensuring onboarding until the end of the probation period
Administrative tasks such as contract creation including entry procedures and documentation of probationary discussions
Building and maintaining the recruitment network
Developing an active sourcing strategy
Participation in the organization and execution of recruitment fairs and exhibitions in the region
