What is my role?
As a central coordination figure, you take on an administrative key role in a specialised department and organisationally accompany patients throughout their entire treatment pathway. You work in a professional office environment where you can fully utilise your organisational strengths. Personal contact with patients takes place exclusively by telephone, where you build trust and convey security with your voice.
You ensure precise documentation and planning in the clinical information system and act as the central interface in telephone communication with referring doctors and patients
You coordinate the collaboration between medical services, patient scheduling, OR coordination, clinics and secretariat for a smooth process
Through close coordination with various specialist disciplines, you orchestrate further diagnostics and therapy, creating optimally networked treatment processes
In your role as a trusted telephone contact, you accompany people through important health processes – focused, structured and with the comfort of regular office hours
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training as a registered nurse HF and bring initial hospital experience.
Ideally, you are enthusiastic about the issues of vascular surgery
With your reliable and independent working style, you take responsibility for the highest quality in administrative coordination
As an organisationally strong all-rounder, you remain calm even in dynamic situations and find pragmatic solutions
Your empathetic manner makes you a trusted contact person on the phone for patients and colleagues
You convince through solid expertise combined with excellent communication skills
