ICT System Engineer, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You advise and support SME customers in all questions concerning their IT infrastructure
• You plan and implement varied IT and cloud projects
• You also manage server, virtualisation, and network environments and continuously develop them
• Furthermore, you implement modern ICT security, firewall, and endpoint solutions
• You support customers in 2nd and 3rd level support and find sustainable solutions
• Finally, you continuously develop the service and cloud solutions and can expand your area of responsibility depending on interest and talent
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic education as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification with professional experience in the ICT sector
• Sound know-how in server infrastructures and virtualisation technologies is required
• You also bring good IT security skills
• Do you also describe yourself as customer-oriented, helpful, and responsible?
